Walnut Sour Cream Fudge
Ingredients
- 2c granulated sugar
- ½c Daisy sour cream
- ¼c light corn syrup
- 2tbsp butter
- ¼tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ¼c cherry bits (??)
- 1c chopped nuts
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in pan, bring to slow boil. Stir til sugar dissolves 236° on thermometer til soft ball stage. Remove from heat and let stand 15 minutes. Do not stir add ??? (need help deciphering here) Stir in cherries & nuts. Pour into gresaed shallow pan and cool. Cut into squares.
