Fruit Cocktail Cake from Vicki Frohna
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 large can drained fruit cocktail
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- ⅔ cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in order given and mix with an electric mixer
- Pour into ungreased oblong pan (9x13")
- Mix brown sugar, pecans, and cinnamon and sprinkle over cake
- Bake at 325° for 40-45 minutes
