Frozen Corn, Cream Style
Ingredients
- 16 cups corn (1 gallon)
- 1 cup coffee rich
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Cut corn about ½ kernel deep, then scrape the cobb until nearly dry.
- Combine above ingredients
- Bring to a boil on low heat, stirring often as it will scorch.
- Heat through and then cool - pack into containers and freeze.
