Frozen Corn, Cream Style
 
Ingredients
  • 16 cups corn (1 gallon)
  • 1 cup coffee rich
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions
  1. Cut corn about ½ kernel deep, then scrape the cobb until nearly dry.
  2. Combine above ingredients
  3. Bring to a boil on low heat, stirring often as it will scorch.
  4. Heat through and then cool - pack into containers and freeze.
