Jan's Fudge
 
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. First put 3 unsweetened chocolate in a pan and ¼ cup butter.
  2. Melt on a low fire
  3. Next sift 3 cups powdered sugar
  4. Add ½ of the sugar to the melted chocolate and beat in one egg and 1 tsp vanilla.
  5. Add rest of sugar
  6. Add 1 cup chopped nuts and press fudge into pan lined with waxed paper.
