Chocolate Skillet Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- ½c miniature marshmallows
- 1-1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Combine sugar, butter, salt, and evaporated milk in a large electric skillet.
- Set thermostat at 280°.
- Bring mixture to a boil and cook for five minutes, stirring constantly.
- Turn skillet off, add marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
- Stir until marshmallows and chocolate are melted
- Pour into an 8" square pan (buttered)
- Cool and cut into squares.
