Carrot Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ tsp salt (measurement may be wrong)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups carrots (shredded)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c ??????
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add eggs, oil, carrots, and vanilla. Beat well.
- Stir in ???? coconut and ½ cup nuts
- Pour into 13x9x2 baking pan.
- ° for 50-60 minutes. Add ???? (frosting?) and sprinkle with nuts.
