Double Crunch Bars
Ingredients
- 4 cups quick rolled oats (I used 3 + 1 cup oat bran)
- 1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup melted margarine
- ½ cup corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, mix well
- Press into well-greased 15.5x10.5" jelly roll pan
- Bake 450° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool, cut into bars. Enjoy.
